Until now, Vinh Long Footwear Company is the most numerous workers in Vinh Long with total area 330.000 square meters with 18 factories and more than 23000 employees.

LEARNING AND TRAINING

The training program for workers is based on experienced education and job distribution. Each employee has particular training program with criteria and demand of their job.

TRAINING

1. Blue- collar worker
- Be trained before working: 2 days
- Be trained at workplace: 6 days

2. White- collar worker
- Be trained before working: 2 days
- Be trained at workplace: 2 months

LEARNING

1. Be trained and instructed
New employees are trained and instructed when starting their work. Within this period, they will learn how to use machine and cutting-edge technology of company.

2. Independent learning
We encourage our employees to independently learn as well as learn in group held by company. When approaching with various source of information, their vision will be expanded and they will have more chances to promote.
